How do your products fit?

Each product page contains the relevant size chart. It is strongly recommended to consult it before placing an order, in order to receive the correct size of the desired product

Do you accept returns?

TAZMO does not accept returns or issue refunds; all sales are considered final. The only exception to this policy is if the product received has manufacturing defects. In such cases, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Is it possible to cancel an order once dispatched?

No, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
